David Tingle

David Tingle, Associate for the aed practice, has worked professionally within the building and architectural environment for over 30 years. He brings to the practice valuable expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of building design. David joined aed as Architectural Assistant in 2001 after working for the University of Reading as architectural assistant for the estates department for over 16 years. He has since developed client relationships with the university when he was appointed to work on behalf of aed to carry out initial surveys on residential properties providing up to date plans in CAD format for inclusion within university portfolio, this led to a variety of new developments and refurbishment projects, which has benefited the practice for the last seven years. David has built up extensive experience both within the educational and residential sector and undertakes project leader roles in a variety of construction projects. Subsequently David was promoted to Associate in 2005. Qualifications: MBIAT
