Tom Lord

Tom Lord, Building Surveyor for the aed practice who joined in 2008 from CB Richard Ellis Ltd. Tom is a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has a wide range of experience in building surveying activities including defect analysis and diagnosis, technical due diligence, neighbourly matters including Party Walls, dilapidations, planned preventive maintenance reports and condition surveys. He joins aed with a keen interest in historical buildings having worked on several refurbishments and repair projects on listed buildings within conservation areas.  This compliments his passion for maintaining and repairing historic buildings in as sensitive a manner as possible, whilst meeting the needs and requirements of the client.  Qualifications: BSc(Hons) MRICS
